I forgive you for just salivating at the title of these yummy little cubes of deliciousness. But this doesn't have to be a special occasion naughty little treat! With no added sugar, dairy-free and vegan, this is a treat for everyone where just one isn't enough.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut oil

½ to 1 cup cacao powder

1 cup peanut butter

½ cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cacao nibs (optional topping)
INSTRUCTIONS

Line a square tin with greaseproof paper or glad wrap and set it aside.

Combine everything except cacao nibs in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and process until smooth and well combined.

Pour into the prepared baking tin and spread evenly.

Cover and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Cover top of the fudge with cacao nibs and place back in fridge 10 minutes to harden.

Cut into squares to serve. Store in fridge/freezer.
Note: If you prefer dark chocolate add 1 cup of cacao but if you prefer a milk chocolate flavour add ½ cup.
