I forgive you for just salivating at the title of these yummy little cubes of deliciousness. But this doesn't have to be a special occasion naughty little treat! With no added sugar, dairy-free and vegan, this is a treat for everyone where just one isn't enough.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut oil

  • ½ to 1 cup cacao powder

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cacao nibs (optional topping)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Line a square tin with greaseproof paper or glad wrap and set it aside.

  • Combine everything except cacao nibs in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and process until smooth and well combined.

  • Pour into the prepared baking tin and spread evenly.

  • Cover and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • Cover top of the fudge with cacao nibs and place back in fridge 10 minutes to harden.

  • Cut into squares to serve. Store in fridge/freezer.

 

Note: If you prefer dark chocolate add 1 cup of cacao but if you prefer a milk chocolate flavour add ½ cup.
